I think we need some kind of sharing what setup each machine has and whats works so new users easy can see whats needed and what configuration that works.

    My Root 3 config:

    Bed size: 80x100cm
Controller: Ramps 1.4 with with Polulu DRV8825 stepper drivers
    Steppers: Nema17 17HS19-2004S1 (59Ncm, for Y and Z axis and 17HS24-2104S (65Ncm, for the X axis
    Belt: Using GT2 Polyurethane belt
    PSU: 12V 29A

    Spindle: HXKJ-GS52-400W (found on ebay)
Spindle PWM controller: 12V-60V 10A PWM DC brush Motor Speed MACH3 spindle Controller 12V 24V 48V (Not configured yet, will update when I tried it out)
    Spindle PSU: 48V 10A

Testing Estlcam, Cambam plus,  and testing the Root 3 with Pronterface

    Other things:
Mechanical endstops NC (DO NOT USE THIS! Use NO instead! That means I had to edit the Marlin config)
All 3D printed parts are printed in ABS and a Flashforge Dreamer and Simplify3D as a slicer

This Root 3 is not finished yet so don’t take the above for a working Root 3 yet

How do you wirde the steppers?
Which jumpers do you set and how many teps per revolution you set in estelcam?

i have nearly the same setup just with 17HS24-2104S on all axes. but my steppers wont turn they just vibrate…

Please let me know how you conected it all

    ok now it works! 😀

whats your Vref?  at above 5V my steppers only scream swoosh…

maybe its because i don’t use shielded cables!?
